Do you have acute to chronic neck pain? How do you sleep?
Many people who have acute to chronic neck pain are simply just sleeping in the wrong positions! They will typically sleep on their abdomens with their head turned to the side on pillows that lack support. (we have seen these in our clinic countless times)
If you suffer from acute to chronic neck pain, you should:
• Either sleep on your back or on your sides a with a firm pillow that keep your head in alignment to your spine. Preferable to to get a cervical pillow. (see picture attached)
